Company Policy

At L.K Hair & Skin Studio, client satisfaction is our top priority. While we strive to deliver exceptional results, we understand that at times adjustments may be necessary.


1. Adjustment Time Frame

Clients are eligible for a complimentary fix or adjustment within 7–10 days of the original service date.
Requests made beyond this time frame may be subject to additional charges.


2. What Qualifies for a Fix

  • The result significantly differs from what was discussed during the consultation.
  • A technical issue occurred with the service (e.g., uneven cut, toner fading unusually fast, etc.).

3. What Does Not Qualify

  • A change of mind or preference after the service was completed as requested.
  • Issues resulting from improper at-home care or use of non-recommended products.
  • Color corrections requested after home box dye use without full disclosure during consultation.

4. Booking a Fix

Fix appointments must be booked with the original stylist who performed the service, unless otherwise approved.
We will do our best to accommodate you within a reasonable time frame.


5. Communication

Please contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue. The earlier we’re informed, the better we can assist you.


Salon Booking & Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and relaxing experience for all clients, please review our booking guidelines:

Cancellations: Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time is subject to a cancellation fee.

Arrival Time: Please arrive alone and no earlier than 10 minutes before your appointment.

Guests: Only clients receiving a service during their scheduled time will be permitted in the salon area.

Respecting the Space: Our salon is a calm, relaxing environment — please keep phone use and conversations quiet to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests.
