Fix & Adjustment Policy – L.K Hair & Skin Studio

At L.K Hair & Skin Studio, client satisfaction is our top priority. While we strive to deliver exceptional results, we understand that at times adjustments may be necessary.

1.Adjustment Time Frame

Clients are eligible for a complimentary fix or adjustment within 7–10 days of the original service date. Requests made beyond this time frame may be subject to additional charges.

2. What Qualifies for a Fix

The result significantly differs from what was discussed during the consultation.

A technical issue occurred with the service (e.g., uneven cut, toner fading unusually fast, etc.).

3. What Does Not Qualify

A change of mind or preference after the service was completed as requested.

Issues resulting from improper at-home care or use of non-recommended products.

Color corrections requested after home box dye use without full disclosure during consultation.

4. Booking a Fix

Fix appointments must be booked with the original stylist who performed the service, unless otherwise approved. We will do our best to accommodate you within a reasonable time frame.

5. Communication

Please contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue. The earlier we’re informed, the better we can assist you.
